1. What you’re requesting

This form requests an initial website design or preview from Yugen Digital. Submitting a request does not guarantee acceptance, a completed design, or a working, published website. It does not commit you or Yugen Digital to paid work. Development, revisions, hosting, launch, and any fees require a separate agreement.

2. Expected timing

Designs are typically delivered within one business day after we receive a complete, accepted submission. This is an estimate, not a guarantee. Business days exclude weekends and public holidays. Review, demand, missing information, technical issues, or other circumstances may cause delays.

3. AI processing and your consent

Yugen Digital may use artificial intelligence to review your submission and create design concepts, text, images, or code. By accepting these terms, you expressly consent to the information and files you submit—including business details, contact information, descriptions, and images—being sent to and processed by third-party AI service providers for those purposes. Processing may take place outside Canada.

Only share information you are comfortable having processed this way. Do not submit passwords, payment details, government identification, health information, confidential client records, or other sensitive information. If you do not agree to AI processing, do not submit this form; contact us to discuss alternatives.

4. Your information and contact

Your information will never be sold. We use it to evaluate and fulfil your request, operate and protect this service, and contact you about your submission, design, and related project options. Service providers, including our hosting, email, and AI providers, may process information to help us do this. This consent is not a subscription to unrelated marketing messages.

We may use your IP address and submission details to detect duplicate requests, spam, and misuse. See our Privacy Policy for more information. You may contact james@yugendigital.ca about your information or to withdraw consent for future processing. Withdrawal may prevent us from completing your request; it cannot undo processing already completed, and some records may need to be retained as permitted or required by law.

5. Review and rejection

Yugen Digital reserves the right to decline, pause, or reject any submission at its discretion, for any reason permitted by law. Common reasons include duplicate IP addresses or submissions, spam, misleading information, and misuse of the system. We do not provide individual reasons for these decisions, except where required by law. An automated confirmation does not mean your submission has been approved.

6. Your responsibility for submitted content

You confirm that you are authorized to act for the business and that you own or have permission to use and share all submitted information, logos, images, and other materials, including permission for the processing described above. Do not submit unlawful, infringing, abusive, or deceptive content, or attempt to bypass submission limits or security measures.

You retain your rights in the materials you supply. You give Yugen Digital and its service providers permission to use, reproduce, and adapt those materials as needed to evaluate your request and prepare your preview. Submitting does not transfer ownership of your existing materials to us.

7. Preview limitations

Previews are initial concepts for review, not production-ready deliverables. AI-assisted content may contain errors, invented details, or elements that resemble other work. You must review business facts, claims, images, permissions, and functionality before approving or publishing anything. We do not guarantee accuracy, originality, accessibility compliance, search rankings, or business results from an initial preview.

8. Availability and next steps

The preview service and preview links may be changed, suspended, or discontinued. Permanent hosting, file delivery, ownership or licensing of final deliverables, and ongoing support are only included if separately agreed in writing. These terms do not exclude rights or protections that cannot lawfully be excluded.
